This key deliverable provides custom-designed visual content for your social media channels. Each piece will be either a high-quality static image or a dynamic 5-10 second motion video (derived from an image) designed to maximize attention and engagement. These are perfectly sized and optimized for various social media platforms, including engaging visuals and compelling text overlays.

Social Media Animated Creatives (up to 15s):

Short, eye-catching, and more complex animated graphics or text animations designed to grab attention and convey messages effectively in social feeds.

Reel Video Editing (from client footage, up to 60s):

Professional editing of your raw video clips into dynamic, music-synced reels, optimized for platforms like Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. (This service does NOT include video shooting.)

Web Banner Designs (Standard Sizes):

Creation of visually appealing banners for your website, landing pages, or basic display advertising, designed to fit standard online ad dimensions.

Simple Infographic Design:

Design of visually engaging infographics to break down complex information into easily digestible and shareable visuals for blogs or social media.

Standard Terms & Conditions

Contract Duration:

All packages are offered on a monthly subscription basis, with a minimum commitment of 3 months for new clients. After the initial 3 months, the service continues on a month-to-month basis.

Payment Terms:

Monthly invoices will be issued at the beginning of each service month and are due within 7 days of the invoice date.
Yearly payments receive a 10% discount and are due in full at the start of the 12-month period.
All payments are exclusive of 18% GST.
Failure to make timely payments may result in the temporary suspension of services until payment is received.

One-Time Setup Cost:

A one-time setup cost of ₹3,000 (plus GST) applies to all packages. This covers initial brand onboarding, tool integration, and foundational strategy setup.

Client Responsibilities:

Provide timely access to brand guidelines, logos, high-resolution images, and any specific product/service information required.
Provide timely feedback and approval on creative drafts (within 24-48 hours) to ensure smooth progress.
Promptly provide any raw video footage for editing (for relevant services).

Content Revisions:

Each creative (image, animated, reel, banner, infographic) includes the specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions or major concept changes may incur extra charges.

Intellectual Property:

All creative assets produced by Skyjenic for the client will become the client's property upon full payment for services rendered.

Termination:

Either party may terminate the monthly service agreement by providing 30 days' written notice after the initial 3-month commitment period.

Confidentiality:

Both parties agree to keep all confidential business information shared during the engagement private.

Governing Law:

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
