Economic Series Packages: Smart Growth on a Budget

Free Account Duration:

The Free Account provides its stated services for 1 year from activation. We aim to make this a lifetime free account wherever possible, subject to our operational capacity and terms updated periodically. Your commitment for 1 post every month is fundamental to helping everyone stay online.

Paid Package Contract Duration:

All paid packages are offered on a monthly subscription basis, with a minimum commitment of 3 months for new clients. This initial period allows us to implement strategy and demonstrate consistent results. After the initial 3 months, the service continues on a month-to-month basis.

Payment Terms:

• Monthly invoices will be issued at the beginning of each service month and are due within 7 days of the invoice date.
• Yearly payments receive a 25% discount and are due in full at the start of the 12-month period.
• All payments are exclusive of 18% GST.
• Failure to make timely payments may result in the temporary suspension of services until payment is received.

One-Time Setup Cost:

A one-time setup cost of ₹3,000 (plus GST) applies to all paid packages. This covers initial brand onboarding, tool integration, and foundational strategy setup.

Client Responsibilities:

• Provide timely access to all necessary social media accounts, website backend (if applicable for GMB integration), Google My Business profile, and ad accounts.
• Provide brand guidelines, logos, high-resolution images, and any specific product/service information required for content creation.
• Provide timely feedback and approval on content drafts (within 24-48 hours) to ensure smooth scheduling. Delays in approval may affect publishing schedules.
• Promptly provide any client-owned video footage for editing (for relevant services).
• Manage direct customer service inquiries received via social media or GMB (unless a specific add-on for advanced community management is purchased).

Content Revisions:

Each social media post/video creation includes one (1) round of minor revisions. Major revisions or additional revisions may incur extra charges.

Meeting Policy:

• Virtual Meetings: Included as needed for strategy discussions and reports.
• Site Visits/Physical Meetings: Charged at ₹1,000 per visit plus actual transport costs.

Disclaimer on Guarantees:

While we utilize best practices and strive for optimal results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as a certain number of followers, leads, or sales, as digital marketing results can vary based on market conditions, client's product/service, and other external factors beyond our direct control.

Intellectual Property:

All content created by Skyjenic for the client will become the client's property upon full payment for services rendered.

Termination:

Either party may terminate the monthly service agreement by providing 30 days' written notice after the initial 3-month commitment period for paid packages. The Free Account can be discontinued by either party at any time without notice after its initial term or as per updated terms.

Confidentiality:

Both parties agree to keep all confidential business information shared during the engagement private.

Governing Law:

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
